The 800 kg/m³ grade is a high-density, carbon-fibre reinforced calcium silicate board built for industrial heat protection where strength matters. It combines high compressive strength and 1100°C (2012°F) service with low thermal conductivity — strong enough for structural back-up, while still insulating.

Material
Density (800 kg/m³) is the board's mass per unit volume. At this density the board is heavier and far stronger than standard insulation grades, while a carbon-fibre reinforcement and low thermal conductivity keep heat loss down — a balance of strength and insulation for demanding positions.
